Mostly for PCs but he has also been able to answer my Mac questions. Brian has also done good work on improving the speed of my wireless network. I appreciate that he efficiently fixes the problems; I am always comfortable that he is very knowledgeable and does not run up the bill. I will contact Brian whenever I need IT help in the future.

After pricing new computers my wife and I ran across Brian and decided to go see him. Without being pushy or acting like a use car salesman, Brian sold us on doing business with him. That decision became a win-win for my wife and I. Not only did we purchase a newer, faster and more up-to-date computer from him, but Brian updated our old computer with the latest Windows operating system and Microsoft 2010, all for less than the price of a less powerful new computer. He was honest, affordable and sat with me to tell me all the specs on the laptop that I was purchasing. My customer was impressed with the unit as it looks and operates like a brand new Laptop. I would reccomend Allen Geeks for future computer needs.

Years ago I had a similar problem on another laptop and had to go through a major ‘circular’ arguement to get the ‘fix’ at the price they quoted. You were true to you advertisement and tonight I am back on the keyboard.

My machine was not booting up, and they resolved the issue comprehensively and promptly. It need data back-up, hard-drive replacement and loading some software again. Amazing!!! I’m so happy for this upgrade, I have saved a lot of money since I was planning to trash this laptop and buy a new one. Now, I can really use my 3 Yr old laptop as a new one.
